30 Day Guarantee

Your purchase is protected under the MyCryptoCanvas satisfaction guarantee for 30 days after your online order. This means that you can return your artwork or merchandise for any reason, no questions asked, within 30 days of your order to receive a full product refund. For example, if your canvas arrives exactly as expected, but you do not like the way it looks against your wall's paint, you can ship it back to use for a full product refund. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges as a third party parcel carrier such as FedEX or UPS fulfills the delivery. MyCryptoCanvas is happy to offer our satisfaction guarantee policy because of the pride we and confidence we have in the quality of our products. 

How to Use the 30 Day Guarantee 

We make it easy to return products under our customer satisfaction guaranteed policy. When initiating a claim, simply contact us us with your order number, date of purchase, and the product(s) that you would like to return. If you choose, you may include a description on why you are making the return (optional). Package and ship your returns to the address we provide you after you contact our claims department. When shipping artwork, be sure to follow the packaging instructions to ensure a safe return delivery. As a recap, all you need to do is contact us, package and ship your return items, and then we will issue your refund or exchange after inspection. 

Product Conditions

Products being refunded or exchanged must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. Product must be returned in the original undamaged packaging. Items not returned in the above conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you received a damaged product, please contact support within 7 days of delivery so we can correct the issue immediately.  

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred for the return or exchange shipping. The cost of the order and return shipping is not refunded. Buyer is not refunded for the cost of shipping when a free shipping coupon is used. A copy of your order receipt must be included in the return packaging to receive a refund or exchange. 

Custom Orders

Custom orders, orders in which the customer submits their own graphics to be used on the artwork, home good, or other products/merchandise are excluded from this policy. Custom work is not eligible for refunds or returns. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. You will also be notified if the refund was approved or denied at this time based on the inspection results. If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days. If the refund is denied, you will receive an email notification explaining why the claim was denied. You will have the option to have the product returned to you. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges.
